Suhner created the UAD -30-RF gray body spindle with an RPM range of 3,500-30,000 rpm especially for our machines. It has a stable steel body with a number of great features.

The Suhner spindles have large double ball bearings in a stable, thick-walled steel body, and a large-sized fan. So, you do not need to worry about overheating. The heavy steel body also ensures vibration free milling.

With the low RPMs available, it is possible to mill or engrave plexiglass, plastics, thermoplastics without any issues with melting the stock. And the high RPMs allows for faster milling in a wide range of materials. At around 15,000 RPM you can even mill steel.
